Dr. Phitphisut (Mod) Thitart is a dedicated educator with seven years of experience fostering a passion for language learning among her students. She holds a Master's and Doctorate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Chiang Mai University and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, respectively, and has earned a TESOL certificate along with specialized training in teaching Thai to foreigners.
During her studies, Dr. Thitart engaged in enriching cultural exchange activities in Japan, Indonesia, and South Korea. She also collaborated with students from the University of Michigan on a community service project to develop flood control systems in Northern Thailand.
Since 2017, Dr. Thitart has inspired students as a lecturer in the International Program of Logistics Management at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, teaching over 600 students annually with her creative methods and supportive classroom environment. Outside academia, she enjoys yoga, exploring new destinations, and giving back through volunteering.
Currently, Dr. Thitart is serving as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant at Indiana University. In this role, she is not only teaching Thai but also serving as a vibrant cultural ambassador, crafting immersive activities that help U.S. students fall in love with the Thai language and culture.
