Alina Bessenyey Williams brings a diverse background in program coordination and project management to the Southeast Asian & ASEAN Studies Program. She is an alumna of Indiana University, holding a Master of Arts in Central Eurasian Studies, and she is also a PhD candidate in the Department of Religious Studies. Her academic interests are uniquely positioned at the confluence of religion, law, and politics. In addition to her scholarly pursuits, Alina is an avid translator of Hungarian literature.
